The Hand of Grace is a Home and Community Based Service Agency providing person-centered professional supports and services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and homelessness. The Hand of Grace links individuals with services for functionality in the community. We Advocate guardianship and supports for independent living.
Our services include Direct Care, Community Navigation, Supportive Housing Assistance, Educational and Job Skills Training. We are dedicated to helping those with developmental disabilities to live their life to the fullest, which promotes self-respect, independence, and improves the quality of life for all our clients.
